How do I know if you are the right people for me to work with?

Very important question. This is why we begin all our engagements with a call – no obligation, no fee – so you can explain what specifically you are looking for, and then we can go over how we would work with you: fees, timing, process and so on. How much does it cost?

Our services include individual consultations and coaching, packages, seminars and workshops. All services are quoted on an individual basis.

How quickly can I see you?

We are usually able to see new clients within 1-2 weeks. In urgent circumstances special arrangements can be made – just ask.

Can I call outside office hours?

We understand that it can be difficult to discuss work and career matters inside normal working hours, so we are happy to arrange a confidential call after hours, including on Saturdays.

In the first instance it’s best to contact us via email. If you prefer phone communication but calling during normal working hours is difficult, feel free to call between 8:00AM and 7:00PM. If we’re unable to answer your call, please leave a message along with the best phone number to call you back on and we’ll get back to you within 6 hours. Find our contact details here

Where are you located

Forte Careers and Business Designs is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our consulting rooms are in Ponsonby. Find our contact details here. We consult with clients throughout New Zealand and overseas using Skype, Zoom or telephone.
We run workshops, seminars and deliver motivational speaking throughout New Zealand.

Can you see people on weekends?

Yes, this can be arranged in special circumstances. Saturday telephone conversations and consultation sessions can be arranged if necessary. When clients travel to Auckland for consultations, we work whatever hours are necessary to meet the need.

Can I work with you remotely, or do I have to come and see you?

Yes. We work long distance as necessary. We use Skype, Zoom and phone.

Do you charge for phone calls?

No, not usually. Calls are only charged when they are the primary channel or part of an agreed coaching, training or consulting package. Ours is a “No surprises” approach, so fees and any other disbursements are always discussed with you in advance.

How do I know it will work?

We use our years of experience with thousands of other people just like you to guide, advise, coach, counsel, motivate and help. Do you train managers, consultants and technical specialists?

Yes to all three. We have extensive experience and resources for trouble-shooting management and specialist roles

We are very aware of the latest thinking in management skill-sets, have run dozens of workplace trainings and worked individually with managers and senior executives from a very wide variety of professions.
