About Forté

For well over a decade we have zeroed in on the many critical factors that impact engagement and performance at work and with careers. This is the work that inspires us – seeing clients find their career direction, get the results they want at work and achieve the fulfillment and satisfaction they seek from working.

The breadth of our background qualifications, training and experience enables us to work with senior executives and managers, teams and individuals on career development and progression.

We research, write, talk to groups, and give specialist career and work performance workshops for professional service consultancies and other businesses.

Pro bono Contribution

We keep an element of pro bono contribution active – we have worked with migrant support, give many public talks in libraries, provide vouchers for school fundraisers and so on.

Professional Development

This work is our full-time commitment – we train and educate ourselves continuously to be able to deliver the latest, smartest coaching, training and education services tailored to each individual, team or workplace situation.

We contribute to professional development training through workshops for professionals in several different sectors – education (secondary and tertiary), the private sector and government.

Professional Members of the Career Development Association of New Zealand, and practise within the CDANZ Code of Ethics and Professional Development requirements.

Ever-Changing Work Environments

Research

The mental maps and thinking tools that have been used for performance improvement and career decision making no longer serve us well. We can do much better – this is where Forté comes in. We commit considerable time and resource to staying up with the latest thinking and research – and contributing to it ourselves.

Writing

We have written about this extensively in our book

“Work Passion Power – strategies for a working life you will love”.

Talks to inspire

Max and Frances understand the vital importance of inspiration for career satisfaction. With an acclaimed book under their belts, their talks are premised on the power of inspiration to promote continuous improvement.
